Barcelona 2016

Sue and I just returned to the States from an exciting trip to Barcelona, Spain.  This was the fourth time we have had the privilege to travel to Xplore Nations in Spain.  We taught on the subject of “Church Government” with an emphasis on Church Planting Movements and the purpose of the church to take the Gospel where it has never gone before.

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”   -Mathew 24:14

Josue, Miriam, Alba & Leah

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”  Acts 1:8

(Pastor Josue, Miriam, Alba and Leah)

Our good friends pastor Josue and Miriam have a growing church just outside of Barcelona.  They have a heart and passion to not only reach their community with the Gospel, but to strengthen pastors and leaders of Spain and see a mulitiplication of churches spring up throughout the nation.  They also have a heart for the nations of the world and the mobilizing of believers toCanary Island believers peoples who have never heard the gospel.

“We need to apply God’s contemporary wisdom with an understanding of “the big picture.”  We need to see the forest, and not just the trees.  We need to move beyond our own little corner of the harvest field, and gain an understanding of God’s plan for the entire farm.” – Howard Foltz

(Church planters from the church in Barcelona to the Canary Islands)

Sue and I want to thank you for praying andpartnering with us as we are empowering the church to take the Gospel where it has never gone before.

“Let’s see a completion to the Great Commission”
